Genie, Inc. ("GenieForge", "we") · last updated July 28, 2026
GenieForge provides AI receptionist and assistant services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. We wrote it to be read.
We use a small set of processors, each only for its job: ElevenLabs (voice conversation processing and transcription), Twilio (phone numbers and call routing), Stripe (payments), and Amazon Web Services (storage, with backups). We do not sell your data or your callers' data to anyone.
Our public marketing pages (like the receptionist landing page)
use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Meta's Conversions API
to measure whether our advertising works. Concretely: when you
visit from an ad, Meta cookies (_fbp,
_fbc) may record the visit and checkout starts; if
you purchase, we send Meta a purchase event that includes your
email in hashed (unreadable) form, used only to match the
sale to the ad. This measurement never touches your assistant's
calls, memories, or your callers — it exists only on the
public marketing pages and at checkout.
The signed-in portal uses strictly necessary cookies (sign-in session). Marketing pages additionally use the Meta advertising cookies described above. We use no other third-party trackers. Separately, our pages report simple, anonymous page-view counts to our own servers — no cookies, no identifiers, nothing tied to you; just "this page was viewed," so we can see which pages work.
Our assistants always disclose to callers that they are automated. You are responsible for using the service lawfully in your state — including call-consent laws — as set out in the service terms.
Depending on where you live (California, Virginia, the EU/UK, and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to opt out of ad-related sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Email receptionist@genieforge.com — we honor these requests for everyone, not just where the law requires it.
Assistant records and memories are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable wind-down period afterwards (memory stays exportable through retirement). Backups age out on a rolling ~35-day window.
If this policy changes materially, we'll email account holders. Questions: receptionist@genieforge.com or reply to any report email — a human reads those.
